Economy courier delivery: 2-4 working days for selected lower-value accessories.
Locker delivery: 1-3 working days for small products such as headphones, chargers, keyboards, mice, wearables, and smart-home sensors.

Delivery costs
Orders over 500 RON qualify for free standard delivery in this demo policy.
Orders under 500 RON show a sample standard delivery cost during checkout.
Large televisions, heavy monitors, and multi-item orders may show a higher sample delivery cost because they require additional handling.
Delivery restrictions
Courier delivery is shown for Romanian addresses in this demo policy. Remote areas may show longer delivery estimates.
Some products may require signature on delivery, especially laptops, tablets, phones, televisions, and higher-value accessories.
Returns
In a real store, eligible products could be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery if complete, undamaged, and returned with original accessories.
Products should be returned with chargers, cables, manuals, packaging, warranty documents, and any bundled items.
Products with signs of damage, missing serial numbers, missing accessories, liquid damage, or heavy wear may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.
Return exceptions
Software licences, digital codes, hygiene-sensitive products, opened consumables, damaged products, and products configured with personal data may have return restrictions.
Warranty
Most electronics in this demo catalogue show a sample warranty of 24 or 36 months. Warranty terms are illustrative and not legally binding.
A realistic warranty request would normally require order number, product SKU, serial number, fault description, photos where relevant, and contact details.
Damaged parcels
In a real store, customers should inspect the parcel at delivery and report visible damage as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, label, and product.
